Sleepy Hollow is located in the town of Newtownabbey, tucked away in a peaceful little spot in the County Antrim countryside, away from all of the hustle and bustle.
Sleepy Hollow aim to use only local produce and focus on what is in season. They cook simply, creating imaginative and honest Irish food, their good relationships with local suppliers make sure that they have the highest quality ingredients for all their dishes. Foraging and preserving local food when it is in abundance and at its best is Sleepy Hollows key when designing their menus throughout the year.
