Day One

Garden Show Ireland, Antrim Castle Gardens

Visit Northern Ireland’s leading gardening event - Garden Show Ireland 2023 at Antrim Castle Gardens. Day Two

Jordanstown Loughshore Park

Begin your day with a walk along the shores of Belfast Lough at Jordanstown Loughshore Park, the first stop on the scenic Causeway Costal Route. Along the path discover different art installations showcasing the heritage and wildlife of the area. Afterwards grab a coffee or some local food from the Barista House located beside the carpark and enjoy tranquil, panoramic views across Belfast.

 

The Whitehouse

The Whitehouse is located on the edge of Belfast Lough in Hazelbank Park and is over 400 years old. This historic building has been restored into a beautiful visitor centre and multi-purpose space which tells the story of the Williamite and Jacobite Wars. A guided tour of the building can be booked in advance or visitors can take in the surroundings at their leisure.
 

Dine at Sleepy Hollow

Finish the day at Sleepy Hollow - a cosy restaurant located off the beaten track in Newtownabbey. On the menu you will find a modern twist on traditional Northern Irish cuisine, with only the best seasonal, local produce in their dishes.
